Colleen met me for my swim this morning and I was so glad to have her company. It was another low tide day, another post-rain swim. There was a discouraging amount of trash in the water when we first got in, but things cleared up as we got further out.

The temperature had risen significantly: Collen got 60 degrees on her thermometer. And it was calm and peaceful. I swam as hard and long as I have since the beginning of this COVID debacle and I felt pretty much spent for the rest of the day. Going to have to remember to take it easy even if I feel like I’m crawling out of my skin for want of exercise.
